Q: How often do you pay drivers?

A: We pay bi-monthly on the 15th and the end of the month.

Q: How often will I be home?

A: Almost all drivers are home once a day.

Q: What if we have multiple shipments but don’t know the exact schedule?

A: This is not unusual. The best remedy is to have a trailer stationed at your dock and loaded to your schedule. When the trailer is ready, you call for a scheduled pick up and delivery. A new trailer will be spotted at the dock for the next load. Typically 24 hours notice for a scheduled pick up is all that is required.

Q: How do I determine my program discounts?

A: Program discounts are applied based on the criteria on the Rate Page. We apply the discounts after the base (mileage) rate has been determined. The program discounts are applied to the base and forwarded to you in the form of a formal quote. Some discount may also be applied based on the duration of the program and other cost factors associated with a specific program. Best way to determine the discount is to use the Contact Page or call. Getting your program cost does not tie you to any obligation or sales solicitations.
